This was the view from my studio window at college on Tuesday evening. Could not resist a quick snap. Highlights one of the limitations of the G9, noise and that's despite a double dose of Noise Ninja. I know it's another BSS but I have not posted one for sometime.

I keep coming back to these trees over the years. There just two of the few trees left in the Trough of Bowland, one of Lancashires hidden gems. I normally photograph them against a stormy sky. However on this occasion I have given them the Oriental treatment to bring out the delicacy of the structures. I can't make up my mind whether this looks better with the Black or the White background! What do you think?

A montage of 2 images taking in the wonderful row of traditional red telephone boxes out side the now redundant Preston Main Post Office. Son to be no more if BT have their way. So get out there and photograph them before they are all gone. Oh yes it is the same guy in the photo. There is a BandW version here.
